"The house of Berlingaio" an old farmhouse dated 1812, that has kept its original features, stands where road ends and paths to reach the mountain start, surrounded by nature of the Apuan Park.

Important cultural events, related to the large library situated on the ground floor, take place in the large stone courtyard.
A large green area with pergola, table, sunbeds and barbecue, is situated in the north of the farmhouse, where pleasant evenings take place, while the view sweeps over the mountains coloring in orange hearing the ceremonial peal and the screeching of swallows high in the sky.
